This book is like watching an episode of Criminal Minds! There is a lot of mystery and suspense coupled with grief and fear. Think a bit along the lines of Sherlock Holmes meets Matlock and you have this book covered. Detective Mark Cage has his work cut out for him as he investigates a murder at a bakery where he frequents. The cocaine drug lord Big J is suspect, but will he really be the killer or is he just as afraid as the victim was? Will the case soon close?

This short story is a great read and I can't wait for the rest of the story to unfold. You will be left with a cliff hanger and lots of questions, but I think that's what makes this book great!
